New Roots Cherrywood Infused Rum

For this special edition one-off rum, we used the 10 year old Bajan Rum used in the blend for our Indica Rum, speed age it with macerated charred cherry wood for 5 months and then sweeten with a touch of oak smoked maple syrup. The result is a dark and earthy rum that carries intense smokey notes of various woods and is the perfect accompaniment to the artwork of Sally Weeks. Made for a one off exhibition at our Jersey distillery, this special edition of just over 200 bottles is extremely limited and once it's gone, it's gone!
